A full conversion of the former Hilton M40 Warwick hotel – including 140 bedrooms, all adjacent corridors, and public areas such as restaurant, bar and reception. The Hotel converted and rebranded to a new Delta by Marriott in October 2022 within a 6 month project.

Working closely with the designer on the project we have delivered two styles of rooms; superior sea view rooms and standard rooms. We continue to work on site.

Following the bedroom refurbishment at the HI South Normanton (The Derbyshire), meeting rooms successfully completed skimming all walls and ceilings, new lighting, flooring and stunning wall coverings. Also included the breakout/bar area and WC’s. Thanks to all the team on site for making it an enjoyable project.

We completed two sample rooms completed at Hotel Collingwood, Bournemouth.
The owners are delighted with the finished product and have awarded us the full project to complete a further 16 rooms in January.

Project complete at Eden Hall Day Spa.  Originally an octagonal office with a storage cupboard, now completely converted to an additional gents changing room. All new stud work & doors, pipework & plumbing, lighting, tiling, and lockers to the formation of the space. Thanks to all involved as always.

Full refurbishment of ‘The Royal Suite’. Consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, study, dining area, bar, lounge area, private treatment room with separate shower room, three large balconies, one with its own hot tub.

That’s a wrap!  In just two weeks we refurbished the entire function room with a lot of stripping back, all new flooring, decoration, curtains, feature wall tiles, a refurb of the bar, creating a small storage area, plus a full rewire with all new audio and dimmable lighting.

First day back at Beaufort Park Hotel and Conference Centre in North Wales for a two week project to refurbish the Westminster function suites and bar.
